Terms of service

Last updated: October 18, 2026

In short

  • IoAlly is for businesses, not for consumers.
  • You pay in advance, monthly or yearly: it renews automatically and you can cancel any time.
  • After cancelling, your plan stays on until the end of the period; we don’t refund the period already paid.
  • Answers are generated by AI: you decide what the assistant knows, and you should check the conversations.

The summary helps you find your way; the full text below is what applies.

1.1 Who provides the service

IoAlly is a service provided by Valerio Tocci, sole proprietorship, Italian VAT number 18201181007, Via Camillo Serafini 15, 00164 Rome, Italy ("IoAlly", "we"). Contact: support@ioally.com.

1.2 What IoAlly is

IoAlly is subscription software that gives a business a virtual assistant powered by artificial intelligence. The assistant answers visitors on the customer’s website (the "bubble"), through a personal link and a QR code, collects requests and contact details and sends them to the customer. It also works without a website, starting from the answers the customer writes.

1.3 Who it is for

IoAlly is reserved for businesses and professionals acting in the course of their business, with a VAT number or equivalent. It is not intended for consumers. By signing up you declare that you are acting as a professional and are authorised to accept these terms on behalf of your business.

1.4 Account

You sign in with your email and a one-time code or link. You are responsible for the security of the linked mailbox and for everything done with your account. Tell us right away at support@ioally.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

1.5 Plans and prices

PlanPriceConversations per monthPages read per siteSites
Free€0100101
Entry€9.99 per month or €99 per year500303
Pro€24.99 per month or €249 per year2,00010010

Prices are final: IoAlly operates under the Italian flat-rate scheme (art. 1, paragraphs 54-89, Law 190/2014) and does not charge VAT. A conversation counts from the assistant’s first answer. Once the monthly limit is reached, the assistant stops answering and shows visitors a simple form to leave their contact details, until the first day of the next month. Limits apply per account, across all sites.

If you move to a plan with fewer websites (including when a subscription ends), as many websites stay on as the new plan includes, the ones you added first; the others are paused: the assistant doesn’t answer questions and visitors can only leave their contact details, which reach you as always. You can choose which websites stay on, once a day. Pages and settings of paused websites stay, ready if you return to a plan that includes them.

We may change plan prices and features: changes to paid plans will be emailed to you at least 30 days in advance and apply from the next renewal.

1.6 Payment and renewal

Paid plans are paid in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. The subscription renews automatically for the same period until you cancel it. For yearly plans you get a reminder before renewal.

If a payment fails, you have 7 days to update your payment method: during this time the plan stays on. After 7 days without payment, the subscription ends and the account goes back to the free plan, with no data lost.

If you move to a higher plan, the difference for the days left in the current period is charged right away.

1.7 Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel any time from Settings → "Payments, invoices and cancellation". The plan stays on until the end of the period already paid, then the account goes back to the free plan. No refunds, not even partial, are given for the period already paid, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

You can close your account by writing to support@ioally.com: we will delete your data as described in the privacy notice.

1.8 The assistant’s answers

The assistant answers using the pages of your website you let it read and the information you enter. Answers are generated automatically by an artificial intelligence system and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You decide what the assistant knows and how it behaves, and you remain responsible towards your customers for the information it gives (prices, opening hours, availability, conditions). We recommend checking the conversations and answers regularly.

The assistant does not confirm bookings, orders or payments: it collects requests and forwards them to you, and confirming them is up to you.

1.9 Acceptable use

You may not use IoAlly for illegal activities, for misleading or offensive content or content that infringes third-party rights, to send spam, or to collect special categories of data (health, criminal records and similar) through the assistant. You may not try to get around plan limits, for example by creating several free accounts for the same business, or interfere with the service.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, notifying you when possible.

1.10 Your visitors’ data

For the conversations and contact details of your website’s visitors, you are the controller and IoAlly acts as processor, under the Data processing agreement you accept together with these terms. You are responsible for informing your visitors, including by naming IoAlly in your privacy notice.

1.11 Installation done by us

If you ask us to ("You do it"), we install the assistant on your website ourselves. To do so, you invite us as a collaborator or administrator of the website, using the address support@ioally.com. We use this access only to add the assistant’s code and check that it works, without changing anything else.

When the assistant is online we let you know by email and ask you to remove us from the collaborators; you can do so at any time, even earlier. You remain responsible for your website, its backups and the access you grant. We are not liable for website problems that are not caused by our work.

1.12 Service availability

We do our best to keep IoAlly always available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. There may be pauses for maintenance or problems with our providers (hosting, artificial intelligence, email). We may improve and change the service’s features over time.

1.13 Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, IoAlly is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or lost customers arising from the use of the service or from the assistant’s answers. In any case our total liability does not exceed what you paid for IoAlly in the 12 months before the event. Wilful misconduct and gross negligence are excluded from this limitation.

1.14 Ownership

IoAlly’s software, brand and content remain ours. The content you enter (texts, answers, pages) remains yours: you allow us to use it only to provide the service to you.

1.15 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Important changes will be emailed to you at least 30 days in advance. If you don’t accept them, you can cancel before they take effect.

1.16 Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Rome has exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
